Jeff Miller
Owner & Broker
With over 20 years of real estate experience, I’m proud to serve clients in Kuna, throughout the Treasure Valley, and beyond. As the owner and designated broker of Initial Point Real Estate, my mission is simple: provide expert guidance, honest advice, and top-tier service—no matter where you are on your real estate journey.
Over the years, I’ve helped clients successfully navigate every kind of market—fast-moving, slow, and everything in between. In a world where listings can disappear in a day and decisions happen quickly, having an experienced, level-headed professional on your side makes all the difference.
I was born and raised right here in the Treasure Valley and grew up working on my family’s farm in Kuna alongside my dad and brother. That experience instilled in me a deep respect for hard work, integrity, and seeing every job through—values I carry into my work as a real estate professional every day.

I live in Kuna with my wife and our two young boys. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and taking advantage of Idaho’s great outdoors—camping, fishing, and exploring whenever we can.

Andrew Johnson
Realtor
Andrew is a native of Meridian and grew up in Kuna. He is a proud husband and father of two and earned his Eagle Scout award before graduating from high school in Kuna. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from Boise State University.
Andrew has a strong background in property management and has operated a Meridian-based property management company since 2004. He is active in multiple real estate and property management organizations and has served as a board member for the Southwest Idaho chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys hiking throughout the Treasure Valley, golfing, snowboarding, scuba diving, and traveling with family and friends.
Charlie Ham
Realtor
Charlie has lived in the Treasure Valley for over 25 years and brings a strong work ethic shaped by experience in both construction and business. After graduating from high school in Kuna, he spent more than a decade in the construction industry before joining his family’s heavy equipment sales business, where he discovered his passion for sales and marketing.
With experience across construction, sales, and business operations, Charlie brings valuable skills to every real estate transaction. He works hard to support his clients through marketing, negotiation, and transaction management to help them achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Charlie enjoys watching his daughter compete in sports and spending time outdoors enjoying everything Idaho has to offer.
Troy Pedersen

Born and raised in Idaho, Troy has lived in Kuna since 2001, where he and his wife have raised their four children. He has experienced firsthand the growth and changes of the Treasure Valley real estate market, giving him a strong understanding of the community and its evolving needs.
With over 15 years of experience, Troy works in all aspects of the housing market. He specializes in Idaho residential real estate and also assists investors with income properties, new construction, and land development. He believes the buying and selling process should be positive and straightforward, with clear communication every step of the way.
Outside of real estate, Troy enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of Idaho’s outdoor lifestyle, including hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking.
Jake Walter

Born and raised in Idaho, Jake Walter is a proud Kuna High School graduate who continues to call his hometown home. Licensed since 2010, Jake brings years of experience and a strong local perspective to every client he serves.
Jake has built his business on trust, clear communication, and a genuine passion for helping people find the right fit in the Treasure Valley. He is committed to guiding clients through the process with confidence and care.
Outside of real estate, Jake enjoys exploring Idaho’s backcountry on his RZR and attending live concerts with family and friends. He and his wife have been married for over 20 years and are proud parents to their son.
Lisa Thomas
Realtor
Lisa Thomas has over 10 years of experience as a licensed Realtor and more than 20 years of combined sales experience in the housing industry. She specializes in manufactured housing, site development, and new construction, bringing extensive knowledge to a wide range of real estate needs.
From start to finish, Lisa supports her clients through every step of the process, whether they are building a custom home, selling an existing property, or purchasing their next home. She is known for her energy, dedication, and client-first approach.
Lisa lives in the Kuna community with her husband, where they have raised three children. In her free time, she enjoys attending Boise State football games and supporting the arts.
Kayla Shiverick
Licensed Office Manager & Community Advocate
Kayla has been a key part of Initial Point Real Estate since 2017 and currently serves as the licensed office manager. She brings a strong background in real estate operations, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting both clients and agents throughout every stage of the process.
A Kuna resident for over a decade, Kayla is deeply involved in her community. She previously served as Vice President of the Kuna Chamber of Commerce and currently sits on the board of the Kuna Boys and Girls Club. In 2021, she was honored as the Kuna Chamber of Commerce Person of the Year for her dedication to the community.
In her free time, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Idaho’s outdoors, and supporting her daughters in their activities.
Juliet Burgess
Office Operations Support
Juliet supports the day-to-day operations of Initial Point Real Estate, helping keep the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly. She works behind the scenes to support the team through office coordination, marketing support, and general operational assistance in a non-licensed role.
Her work spans multiple areas of the business, including supporting property management operations and assisting with marketing and design efforts, while handling general office needs as they arise. Juliet is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to whatever support is needed to keep things moving forward.
Outside of work, Juliet enjoys spending time with animals and staying involved in her local community.
